The Brewery Blocks transformation stretches across two city blocks in downtown Tacoma and includes the renovation of 6 buildings totaling 211.000 SF of Class A office space, 80,000 SF of which will be new. At the completion of Phase 1, more than 600 people were occupying office space at Brewery Blocks and that number continues to grow.

With easy access from I-5, Brewery Blocks Tacoma is located off the Foss Waterway Bridge on S 21st Street, with entrances on C Street and Commerce Street.
