The developers vision for Brewery Blocks was focused on making the old new again. Previously known as the "warehouse district" in downtown Tacoma, the long-term project vision includes more than 200 units of market-rate housing.

Residential Buildings;

The Hunt Mottet Lofts were completed in 2005 featuring 20 units of residential space and 13,000 SF of commercial space. 

​

Brewery Lofts opened in 2020 featuring 49 luxury lofts and a rooftop lounge.

​

The remaining units will be built out in the coming years as part of separate phases of a 4-phase project.
